MAKING AN APPOINTMENT AND RATES

To make an appointment please give me a call 206.595.2659 or e-mail me at dennis@unstuckseattle.com. I charge $80 for a fifty minute session for either individuals or couples. I charge $40 for an initial "getting to know you" session. If cost is an issue for you, please ask about my sliding scale.

LOCATION

My office is located in the historic Securities Building at 1904 3rd Avenue in Downtown Seattle. The building is located at 3rd Avenue and Stewart Street, directly to the north of Macy's.

To reach the office walk through the building lobby and take the elevator to the third floor. Turn left when you get out of the elevator and turn left again at the end of the hall. Suite 315 is on the right just after you turn.

GETTING TO THE OFFICE

Taking the Bus

Virtually all of the major bus lines serving Downtown Seattle stop within two blocks of the building. For detailed information consult Metro Online.

Driving/Parking

There are a wide variety of places to park in Downtown Seattle. I’ve included specific directions from I-5 and 99 to the Securities Building Garage, which is part of the Securities Building. They have a special “Shoppers Rate” of $4 for 3 hours between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. From the Securities Building Garage you can take an elevator directly to the 3rd Avenue Lobby of the Securities Building and transfer to the elevator to the office. Other parking options in the area include the Macy’s Garage ($3/hour – enter on the south side of Stewart between 3rd and 2nd Avenues), street parking ($1.50/hour), and surface lots including two at the SW and NE corners of the intersection of 3rd Avenue and Virginia Street (two hours for $5).

From I-5 South – Take Exit 166 – Stewart Street/Denny Way. At the end of the ramp you will find yourself headed westbound on Stewart Street. Simply stay on Stewart Street until you reach 4th Avenue. Take a right onto 4th Avenue and get in the left lane to enter the Securities Building Garage mid-block.

From I-5 North – Take Exit 165 – Seneca Street (left lane exit). At the end of the ramp stay in the left lane to head west on Seneca Street. At 4th Avenue (two blocks) turn right and then follow 4th Avenue for another five blocks. After you go through the intersection north of Macy’s you’ll see a sign mid-block for the Securities Building Garage.

From 99 South – Take the Denny Way Exit and follow Wall Street westbound until you get to 5th Avenue. Follow 5th Avenue to Stewart Street (six blocks) and turn right onto Stewart. Take your next right onto 4th Avenue and then look for the entrance to the Securities Building Garage on the left side of the street at mid-block.

From 99 North – Take the Seneca Street Exit and turn left onto 1st Ave. Head north one block and turn right onto University Street. Stay on University Street for three blocks and then turn left onto 4th Avenue. After you go through the intersection north of Macy’s you’ll see a sign mid-block for the Securities Building Garage.
